வாழ்வோ துளிர்த்திருக்கு சப்பாத்துக் காலிடுக்கில், இது போரோடு போர் சார்ந்த ஆறாம் நிலம்
"Sixth Land” reimagines the ancient Tamil poetic landscapes of the Ainthinai (ஐந்திணை)
Nature gave us five lands (mountains, forests, deserts, plains, and coasts); each shaped by time and the quiet hand of the elements. Yet humanity, fueled by conflict, forged a sixth: a land not born of nature, but of war. This land knows no peace, only scars. It carries the memory of violence, twists identities, and erases culture. Wherever war falls, even the earth mourns.
When war takes lives, the world counts the dead. But who pauses to ask, how many composers, singers, and dancers have perished, taking with them their unwritten melodies, unsung songs, and movements the world will never see again?
War reshapes not only landscapes but memories, culture, and identity. Through melody and verse, this song carries grief, resilience, silence, and survival—sung by female voices to honour the women and children left to bear the weight of loss when men fall in war.
